Marigold/Tabithia, a Doll Face Black Tortoiseshell Persian with her new mom, Schann Westbrook.
Marigold, now called Tabithia, by her new family, was from a rare litter that Primrose and Willie had. It was rare because it was a litter of all Tortoiseshell girls. Tabithia is beautiful. She had a wide large head with big beautiful round eyes that looked right into your soul. She is a very sweet girl and lovebug. She has a heavy bone structure and was nice and cobby. We would have kept her for a breeder but we were looking for an extreme face. We can't wait to see her coat when she gets in her mature fur. On June 6, 2014, she left the Cattery for her new home in Cary. Schann has three children ranging from 9 1/2 years old to 19 years old. The family also has 2 sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniels which will be Tabithia's companions during the day. Schann was able to visit Tabithia before picking her up to take her to her new home. June 9, 2014: "Hi Susan! Just wanted to give you an update on Tabitha. We had our appointment today with Dr. Santilli at Mayfair animal hospital and she checked out perfect. They were waiting for us when we got there and all the staff couldn't wait to see her. Dr. Santilli was very impressed and said she was beautiful and perfect! He even pointed out how perfect her bite was and stated "you can't get any better than that!". She was so relaxed during her exam and she was purring so loudly it took them a bit to get a good listen to her heart which he stated sounded great with no murmur. She was even purring while they took her temp and while they got a fecal sample! LOL! He also appreciated again the fact that you care so much about the health and welfare of your babies that you included the info on the spay/neuter procedure. ...She has been such a joy and lovebug and I just can't thank you enough! She really is so affectionate - let's us carry her around like a baby and really seems to love it. I was noticing tonight as I was holding her this way how much of a resemblance to Primrose she has. Well I hope your last couple of days have been good - talk soon! Schann."
June 16, 2014: "Hi Susan! Just dropping in to say "Hi" and to send you a pic of Tabitha. Here she is lounging by the picture window in my dining room. She is just beautiful and sweet as can be! ... Yes adjusting awesome! Every day we have more and more time with the dogs and less and less hissing. They can all be on the bed together and everyone is relaxed. Getting her adjusted to the rest of the house as well. We have a fairly large house and I don't want her to get lost (reason for the bell on her collar). We are all loving her!"
June 25, 2014: "She is super spoiled and I love it! She wakes me up every morning at 6 a.m. wanting attention and of course to eat :0) ...You are right - eye color is going to be awesome!"
