KITTEN DEPOSIT

Please read our Policies on our Policies and Prices page regarding our policy for our Priority Wait List and the Nonrefundable Kitten Deposit.

We accept this Nonrefundable Kitten or Cat Deposit from families as a show of their good faith in their committed to purchase a kitten or cat from our Cattery.   The amount of the Nonrefundable Kitten or Cat Deposit will go towards the purchase price of your picked kitten or cat.

This page is set up so that approved families can easily pay their Nonrefundable Kitten Deposit for an approved Kitten Application on a Persian and Himalayan kitten or cat.  Each kitten or cat deposit is $250.00.   If you have any questions, please contact us.

Please do not pay a Nonrefundable Kitten or Cat Deposit until your Kitten Application has been vetted and approved and you have spoken personally to us, via phone call as part of the vetting process. We expect payment to be made within 5 business days. Please remember, placement on the Priority Wait List is on a First Come, First Serve basis.

We now have three ways you can pay your Non-Refundable Kitten Deposit:
1) Send a United State Post Office Money Order to our Cattery's mailing address of: PO Box 264, Hamilton, NC 27840

2) Send, via, Zelle Money Transfer, from your bank to our bank.  Please request from us the correct bank information. There is no additional charge for paying the deposit this way.

Once the Kitten or Cat Deposit is made, you will receive an Invoice/Receipt and a copy of the Victorian Gardens Cattery Sales Contract, via email.  Please read the Sales Contract thoroughly.  If you would like to review the Sales Contract prior to putting down a Nonrefundable Kitten or Cat Deposit, please contact us.

Victorian Gardens Cattery has the express right to cancel a Sales Contract with a Purchaser, if at any time prior to the kitten or cat leaving the Cattery, Victorian Gardens Cattery determines that the placement of a kitten with the Purchaser will be harmful in any way to the kitten or Victorian Gardens Cattery. All monies paid to Victorian Gardens Cattery towards the purchase price of the kitten or cat, will be refunded to the Purchaser if Victorian Gardens Cattery cancels this contract under this clause.
