2 1/2 Week Old Chocolate Persian
Welcome to Diamond's Nursery at Victorian Gardens Cattery. In Diamond's Nursery, we feature all her new Persian litters, including their photos, videos, parents, and pedigrees. You will find all the latest news about her babies and their growth on "Our Cattery Blog". We usually are blogging several times a week during our kitten season.
****

2 1/2 Week Old Black Persian
Her babies will remain on our Nursery page and then will be made available on the Available Kitten Page. Please enjoy watching the videos and looking at our newborns. Each day the babies change. It could be their color changing, or their size, or their eyes opening. It is always an exciting time at the Cattery when the babies arrive. We have ordered this page with the most recent videos and pictures at the top then going to Day 1 at the bottom. Enjoy Pansy's newborns as much as we do. If you are interested in being on the wait list for one of our litters, please fill out the "Kitten Application" and return to us. More information on our policies are found on the Prices and Policies Page. Serious only inquiries please.

Diamond's Kittens 10 Week Old Photo Shoot
October 26, 2016
Is it definitely not easy to take pictures of darker coated kittens since they are moving all around and the camera does not like to focus on the dark coloring. Hopefully, the camera was able to capture their beauty. Maximus is huge weighting in at 3 1/2 lbs. WOW! This past week, his chocolate coat lightened up and he got those famous cheek wings. He looks the spitting image of Cartier, a Diamond kitten from a previous litter, but in a different coat color.

Diamond and Miracle's 4 Week Old Kitten Video
September 14, 2016
https://youtu.be/hmuDg12A9yk
Diamond and Little Miracle's two Persian kittens just turned 4 weeks old. They had just been spoon feed their wet food and it is starting to be nap time. They had been sleeping and spooning (like two spoons in a drawer) in bed but then started playing. The large boy is a solid extreme face Chocolate Persian. The cobby girl is a solid extreme face Black Persian. Our Iris has been their mother since Day 3 of their lives. Diamond does not like to take care of her babies. She is now spayed and available for adoption. Iris has her own 8 week old kittens she also takes care of. Just click on the link above to be taken to their video. Enjoy.

Diamond's two babies are doing great. They are just starting to walk. Iris stays in their birthing bed 24/7 and feeds them. These babies are gorgeous and large for their age. We can't wait to see them develop. We are eyeing the Chocolate boy to keep as a future breeder at our Cattery. He would be Diamond's replacement. In a week, they will be moved to the Toddler Room where they will have more room to practice their walking and playing.

Diamond's Babies
Day 5
August 21, 2016
Diamond's kittens, thanks to Iris, snug as a bug in a rug. Diamond was not cooperating in the nursing and caring for her babies department so Iris has taken over as being their mother. Babies are doing great and growing so fast.
Diamond had two babies on August 17, 2016 between 11:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. The two face shot pictures above where taken while they were still wet from birth and minutes after their birth. The nursing picture was taken about 4 hours after their birth to show how huge the Chocolate Persian was. Diamond had a Black Persian and a huge male Chocolate Persian. The Chocolate Persian boy weighted in at 4.4 oz or 128 gr. at birth. You can see his cinnamon color nose pad in the picture. It is the largest baby every born to our Cattery. Both babies are extreme faces and it appears have their father's long coat at least the Black Persian sure does. The Black Persian's coat is very shiny and will be a silk coat. Both babies are doing well and nursing. The litter should be ready to leave the Cattery around mid November, 2016.
