Diamond's Bi-Color Male Persian
Her babies will remain on our Nursery page and then will be made available on the Available Kitten Page. Please enjoy watching the videos and looking at our newborns. Each day the babies change. It could be their color changing, or their size, or their eyes opening. It is always an exciting time at the Cattery when the babies arrive. We have ordered this page with the most recent videos and pictures at the top then going to Day 1 at the bottom. Enjoy Pansy's newborns as much as we do. If you are interested in being on the wait list for one of our litters, please fill out the "Kitten Application" and return to us. More information on our policies are found on the Prices and Policies Page. Serious only inquiries please.

Diamond and Petunia's Combined Litters Video
May 26, 2016
https://youtu.be/KgHmAS1UyyE
Today we combined Diamond's 9 week old kittens with Petunia's 6 week old kittens. Right off the bat, Petunia's kittens started playing on the larger playstation. They are getting along great. Watch as they run around in their area. We have a fence up since we are still working on litter box training some of them and want to protect our wood flooring. Diamond has a Black Persian and a Black and White Bi-Color Persian. Petunia has a Black Persian, a Chocolate Point Himalayan and two Seal Point Himalayans. Petunia is Diamond's daughter. Just click on the link above to go to our Youtube Channel and the video.

Diamond's Three Week Old Kittens Photo Shoot
April 17, 2016
Diamond and Miracle's babies are now three weeks old and doing great. They are starting litter box training and eating wet food. They will be moved down to the Toddler Room this week where they will be able to have more space and toys. Both these precious babies are very sweet, thanks to Miracle's super sweet personality. The Bi-Color is just like his mommy and the black reminds me so much of Little Miracle. Both have nice big smooth round heads. The Bi-Color is show quality and very cobby with a perfect head.

Diamond's Babies Two Week Birthday
April 8, 2016
Diamond's babies have now turned 2 weeks old. The female baby has been walking since his one week birthday. Now they are both walking and have their eyes open. The female black Persian has been purring on the nipple since the first day. The boy is a mommy's baby. Diamond has been a great mommy this go around. It has been a blessing to us and her babies. She is very protective of them which is great to see. The boy is turning in to an extreme face and is looking like show quality. Both these babies have perfect round and smooth heads. We are tempted in to possibly keeping the boy as a breeder in place of Toy Drummer, his great uncle. We see this baby as one, if not the best, show quality baby we have raised so far, here at the Cattery. We will be keeping a close eye on his development. We absolutely adore the personality of the female black Persian. She loves to be rubbed on her tummy. She is so cute.

Diamond and Miracle's 8 Day Old Babies
April 2, 2016
Diamond's babies are now 8 days old and are growing so very fast. Our Priority Wait List and Adoptive Families have been able to view the babies 24/7 since the beginning through our web camera. The biggest baby is the Black girl who is one very smart girl. She already started walking around two days ago. I had come in to the Nursery to find her sleeping on the floor right next to the birthing cage. So I had to put up a barrier. I mean, she gets up on all 4 legs and walks. It truly is amazing. Diamond's Bicolor boy started opening his eyes two days ago. As of today, one eye is fully open and the other one is half way open. This boy is so solid and cobby. Both have very nice round heads. Both have purred on the nipple right from the start. I can't wait to see the changes in a few more weeks. Enjoy the pictures. Please remember, it is very hard to take pictures of black kittens. What with them moving around and the dark coloring, the camera had a very hard time focusing.

Diamond and Miracle's Babies
March 26, 2016
Last evening, March 25, 2016, after waiting all week, Diamond finally delivered her two babies. Her delivery took all of 30 minutes and was very easy for her. At 7:10 p.m., she had a 88 gram male Black and White Bicolor Persian. At 7:45 p.m., she had a 100 gram female Black Persian. We are thankful that she did not need a C-Section. We were worried since we thought she would deliver between Monday or Wednesday of this week. Both babies are doing great. They have already gained quite a bit of weight with in the first 12 hours, which is excellent. The Bicolor is very solid and cobby with a white triangle on his face. The female Black Persian ... wow ... I have never seen such long hair at birth. She reminds me of those human babies who are born with a full head of long hair that sticks straight up in the air. These may be doll face Persians but we will have to wait till their eyes open to get a better idea. We will be posting updates, pictures and videos here. We will also post videos on Youtube. For the next few days, we don't want to disturb Diamond. Diamond has been known to not be a very good mom in my view. So with this litter, so far, she is being an excellent mom. She is protective and is staying put with them and nursing them. So it is very important that she bond with these babies and the next few days without interference will allow it. We will try to get new photos and videos in a few days. For our Adoptive Families and the Priority Wait List, we have a treat. You can view Diamond's babies live on our Webcam. We just ask that, at this time, you do not move the camera around since we do have it in the birthing area and don't want to disturb mommy. This is also how I will monitor them throughout the day. I will be going in to weight them twice a day and hand feed Diamond. At this point, she does not want to even leave the area where her babies are at to eat, drink or even use the small litter box in the birthing cage. We are so pleased that Diamond in making a turnaround in how she mothers. We are thrilled.
